Obtaining planning consent was stage 1, then moving onto the build and internal fit out. The scope of works included major structural alterations, an extension, full rewiring, a wet underfloor heating system, creating a W/C, and the installation of a custom kitchen designed and supplied by MIKESH GROUP.
